As a fiery preacher and prayer warrior, Pastor John operates under the guidance of the Holy Spirit. He is the founder and head of the HELP CHANGING LIFE FOUNDATION, a testament to his commitment to transforming lives. Currently, he serves as the Head Pastor of Winners Chapel International, Esiama Branch.
Personal Life:
Pastor John is a devoted husband and father of four children. His family life is a reflection of his values and faith.

MR. WILLIAM KUM ESSOUN (DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATION)
William Kum Essoun is a passionate social worker dedicated to empowering underprivileged communities, particularly orphaned children. With extensive experience in community outreach and participation, he has developed strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.

– Collaborated with orphanages, volunteers, and community leaders to design and implement impactful projects.
– Utilized exceptional communication skills to raise awareness about social causes and mobilize support.
– Proven track record of effective project management, coordination, and evaluation.

– Holds a degree in Business Studies with a focus on marketing and cooperative tactics.
– Served as Secretary and Revenue Officer at Wassa Amenfi East Municipal Assembly in Western Region.

MRS. AUGUSTA BEDIAKO
Augusta Bediako is a compassionate philanthropist dedicated to transforming the lives of orphaned children and the underprivileged. With extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, she has made significant contributions to human welfare, holding key positions in various organizations and supporting those in need.
Leadership and Expertise:
Augusta brings exceptional leadership skills to the table, guiding strategic decision-making and overseeing organizational operations. Her expertise is complemented by an MBA in Project Management and Office Administration.
Current Role:
Currently, Augusta serves as an Administrative Assistant at Novotel Ghana Limited in Accra.

MRS. ELIZABETH MATANI NTOOR
Reverend Elizabeth Matani Ntoor is a multifaceted leader who serves as a dedicated teacher and Reverend Minister. Her life’s work is centered around three pillars: education, community service, and spiritual leadership.

Elizabeth is driven by a passion for uplifting vulnerable populations, particularly children and women. Her core values include:

Kamfurt Anyimah Nyame is a dedicated professional with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management. Currently, she serves as the Regional Administrative Manager at Ghana Post Company Limited, Western Region.
